What's the difference between a feasibility study and a village development plan?

A feasibility study answers whether — and how — a site is viable. A Village Development Plan is the full multi-year planning, design, execution and monitoring engagement once that's confirmed. Many engagements start with one and lead into the other.

What survey types do you offer?

Groundwater and hydrogeological mapping, water sample testing via NABL-accredited labs, socio-economic and household surveys, agriculture and crop-based surveys, and environmental baseline studies for EIA.

How long does a feasibility study take?

Typically a few weeks to a few months, depending on scope and site accessibility. A single-site water feasibility study is much faster than a comprehensive multi-sector baseline.

Do you test water and soil samples in-house?

Sample collection and field testing are carried out by our teams. Laboratory testing for statutory-grade results is done in partnership with NABL-accredited labs.

Can this support an EIA submission?

Yes — baseline geology, meteorology and socio-economic data can be structured to meet EIA baseline documentation requirements.

Can you review data or a report we already have?

Yes. Our expert panel reviews existing data and reports for feasibility gaps rather than requiring a study from scratch.

Do you only work in the states CYARI has already worked in?

No — we're not limited to Jharkhand, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. We're open to working PAN India.

What does the AI-assisted analysis actually mean here?

We run pattern analysis across collected survey data to flag anomalies and prioritise sites for field verification, rather than treating every data point as equally uncertain. It's an analysis aid, not a replacement for field verification.
